MEET DR. A...

Dr. Amira Ogunleye completed an accelerated Combined Education Program (B.S/D.D.S) at Howard University. This enabled her to obtain her Bachelors of Science in two years. She then completed four years of comprehensive dental courses to receive her Doctoral Degree. At the time, she was the youngest (23 years old) to ever graduate from Howard University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Ogunleye is the co-owner of dental powerhouse, Beautiful Smiles, located in South Florida. She has a primary focus in Cosmetic Dentistry. She has received honorary awards in dental research and her work has been recognized by the Washington D.C Dental Society, the New York Dental Society and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Ogunleye has built herself as the premier celebrity dentist and trusted choice by professional athletes in both the National Football League (NFL) and the National Basketball Association (NBA). She has award winning Hollywood actors and professional singers who seek out her expertise. In addition to her profession, Dr. Ogunleye has a huge passion for community service and activism. She is dedicated to the empowerment of women and has made mentorship and charity a priority in her daily routine. Her efforts allow hundreds of underprivileged children in the community receive teeth screenings, cleanings and braces free of charge. Helping families who can’t always afford dental services.

She has been featured on television stations: NBC and the CW discussing all things Dental and her activism with Women Empowerment. In addition, she has been interviewed by radio personalities and online publications focused on all of the many hats Dr. Ogunleye wears.

Dr. Ogunleye is married to retired NFL star, Adewale Ogunleye. They share two children, a daughter and a son.
