“HAVE A BODY NEUTRAL 2025 😉, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, LOVE WITH EVERY INCH OF YOUR HEART ♥️,” Furtado wrote, reflecting on the balance between aesthetic pressures and newfound self-confidence in 2024.

In the post, Furtado revealed she’s never had cosmetic surgery, lip injections, or facial procedures beyond veneers but has taken legal action against false health and beauty claims tied to her name. She credits her glowing appearance to water, rest, and the advice of a long-time facialist.

The “Maneater” singer also shared insider beauty tips, including the strategic use of face tape, body tape, and makeup for photo-ready looks. Yet, she emphasized her bikini photos were unedited and makeup-free.

Her empowering message: “Celebrate your individuality, express yourself freely, and remember it’s OK to love what you see in the mirror—or to seek change.”

As Furtado shared on the Call Her Daddy podcast, her 40s are her most confident era: “I had the 40s glow-up. I just feel like me.”
