South Florida continues to dominate luxury living! According to RealtyHop, Miami Beach’s Fisher Island (33109) ranks as the second most expensive ZIP code in the U.S., with a median home price of $6.1 million.

Here are the top 3 most expensive ZIP codes in Florida:

1. 33109 (Miami Beach) – Fisher Island: $6.1 million

2. 33921 (Boca Grande – Gulf Coast charm: $2.69 million

3. 34216 (Anna Maria) – Island living: $2.45 million

Nationwide, the priciest areas are coastal hotspots with waterfront properties. Atherton, California (94027), takes the top spot with a median home price of $7.75 million, while Suffolk County, New York (11962), joins Fisher Island in rounding out the top three.

The median price for the most expensive ZIP codes across the U.S.? $1.55 million, with Florida firmly holding its place as a luxury destination.
