Miami’s iconic Versailles restaurant, a cornerstone of Cuban cuisine since 1971, has joined forces with the trendy Kith Treats for a delectable December collaboration. This partnership celebrates Versailles’ rich heritage with two limited-edition ice cream flavors inspired by its most beloved treats: pastelitos de guayaba and cortaditos.
Part of Kith Treats’ Heritage Program, which spotlights legacy eateries, the collaboration honors Versailles’ cultural significance. The specials include:
- The Versailles: A creamy blend of guava and cheese pastelitos, Cap’n Crunch cereal, and cheesecake bites swirled into Kith’s signature vanilla ice cream.
Debuting at Versailles on December 12 (5–9 p.m.), the flavors will then be available at Kith Treats’ Miami Design District and Miami Beach locations from December 13–22. A portion of proceeds will benefit One Love Community Fridge, supporting local food security efforts.
Don’t miss this limited-time homage to Miami’s culinary legacy—your taste buds will thank you.
Event Info: Versailles x Kith Treats, 3555 SW Eighth St., Miami. December 12 at Versailles, available at Kith Treats from December 13–22.
